SAl4047 is an aluminum-silicon eutectic alloy welding wire. Its weldability and seam characteristics are similar to those of SAl4043. It has excellent welding performance, beautiful and bright welding seam shape, stable arc and small spatter.

Suitable for welding cast aluminum and aluminum-silicon, aluminum-magnesium, aluminum-magnesium-silicon, aluminum-manganese and other alloys.

Precautions:
1. The oxide film and oil stains on the welding edge of the workpiece and the surface of the welding wire should be strictly removed before welding.
2. When welding, a backing plate can be used to hold the molten metal to ensure the formation of the weld.
3. Oxyacetylene gas welding must be used together with aluminum gas welding flux.
